Order Fulfilment Analyst

As an Order Fulfillment Analyst at Logitech, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business stakeholders to gather functional, technical, and operational requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting gap analysis to identify discrepancies, translating business processes into system solutions, configuring Kinaxis Supply planning and Order fulfilment modules, designing and maintaining dashboards in Kinaxis Rapid Response application, troubleshooting and providing ongoing maintenance of the platform, as well as developing detailed documentation on system design and configuration. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements - Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies - Translate business processes into system solutions - Configure Kinaxis Supply planning and Order fulfilment modules - Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Kinaxis Rapid Response application - Troubleshoot and provide ongoing maintenance of the platform - Develop detailed documentation on system design and configuration Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in delivering supply chain and operations projects - 3+ years specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations - Experience in Oracle eBS Supply chain modules Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing - Problem-solving capabilities - Authoring Level2 Certification in Kinaxis Logitech values collaboration, diversity, and inclusivity.
