Order Execution Manager

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Executive . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders from initiation to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, and identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or delays in the order processing cycle. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete lifecycle of customer orders, from receipt to delivery. Coordinate with production, stock, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Track and update order status across systems and ensure accurate documentation. Identify and resolve issues causing delays in order processing or dispatch. Maintain regular communication with internal departments to prevent order backlogs. Monitor KPIs such as fulfillment rate, turnaround time, and delay frequency. Generate regular reports on order fulfillment performance and highlight improvement areas. Provide support to the sales and customer service teams with real-time order updates. Maintain records of dispatches, delays, and exceptions for process improvement initiatives.
