About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management, particularly Landed Cost Management (LCM) and integration with Finance modules. The ideal candidate will lead functional design, solutioning, implementation, and support activities across Oracle Cloud/Oracle E-Business Suite environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle SCM modules, with strong focus on Landed Cost Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
Configure and optimize Landed Cost processes, including cost factors, charges, cost adjustments, and integration with receiving and invoicing.
Work closely with Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between SCM and Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, Costing).
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, functional design, gap analysis, and prepare functional documents (MD50, BR100, TE40, etc.).
Perform system configuration, testing (SIT, UAT), and support user training.
Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams to develop fixes and enhancements.
Ensure process efficiency, best practices, and compliant solution designs across SCM workflows.
Support production rollout, hyper-care, and post-implementation support activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical, Finance, Procurement, and Business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.
Strong expertise in Landed Cost Management (LCM) and related integrations.
Proven experience working with Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, and Costing.
Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
Strong understanding of Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Costing processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
Experience in at least 23 end-to-end implementations is preferred.
Nice to Have
Oracle Cloud certifications (SCM or Finance).
Exposure to integration tools, data migration processes, and reporting (OTBI/BIP).
Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior consultants.
