Job Description

Role Overview :

Looking who has Team Lead /Manager Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
L2/L3 support
for production systems and applications.
Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or monitoring tools using PL/SQL and application logs.
Perform
impact analysis
, root cause analysis, and recommend solutions or workarounds.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and QA to implement enhancements and bug fixes.
Develop or modify PL/SQL scripts, procedures, triggers, and packages as part of ongoing system maintenance and enhancements
.
Ensure solutions adhere to internal development and security standards.
Participate in deployment activities including code migration and data patching.
Document support issues, resolutions, enhancement requirements, and technical designs.
Monitor system performance and contribute to performance tuning initiatives.
Assist in continuous improvement of support processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Total 7-10years of Experience is required

4+ years of hands-on experience
in PL/SQL development and application support.
Strong proficiency in
Oracle databases
, PL/SQL coding, query optimization, and debugging.
Experience with support ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
Ability to read and understand legacy code and complex stored procedures.
Familiarity with
incident, problem, and change management
processes (ITIL is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
