Hope your doing well, Job Title: Oracle PeopleSoft Time & Labor (T&L) Consultant Location: Remote Duration: Full time Key Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support PeopleSoft Time & Labor (T&L) and Absence Management modules . Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide process improvements. Define and optimize workforce scheduling, payroll integrations, and absence tracking workflows. Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) . Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure system adoption. Technical Responsibilities: Develop and customize PeopleSoft components (Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, SQR, XML/BI Publisher, and SQL queries) . Work on interfaces, reports, and extensions to enhance T&L functionalities. Troubleshoot technical issues and perform performance tuning.
