Job Requirement:

Strong expertise in Establishment procedures, salary processing, pension schemes, and compliance with Governmer Knowledge in establishment rules including pay bands, allowances, deductions, and service benefits.
Expertise in salary revisions and arrears calculation post Pay Commission updates Understanding of employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Ability to map current HR processes and reengineer. Knowledge in approval hierarchies and notifications within HRMS.
