Job Summary:


Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Architect


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a

    solution architect

    for Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose effective HCM solutions.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of

    Oracle HCM modules

    , including but not limited to: Core HR, Absence Management,Payroll,Benefits,Compensation&Time & Labor.
  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot

    Fast Formulas

    for payroll, absence, and eligibility rules.
  • Perform

    functional setups

    , testing, and validation for various HCM modules.
  • Support

    technical components

    such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Collaborate with technical teams to build and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support and conduct knowledge transfer to client teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and solution design standards.
  • Participate in impact analysis, change management, and release activities.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • 9+ years

    of experience in

    Oracle HCM

    implementation or support (Cloud or EBS).
  • Strong

    techno-functional expertise

    across HCM modules, especially

    Core HR

    and

    Absence Management

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    Fast Formulas

    ,

    HCM Extracts

    ,

    BI Publisher Reports

    , and

    HDL

    .
  • Proven experience in

    solution design, configuration, and troubleshooting

    within Oracle HCM.
  • Understanding of

    business processes

    in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence.
  • Experience in

    integrations and data migration

    between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
  • Ability to interact effectively with both business users and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.


Good to Have:

  • Exposure to

    Oracle Cloud HCM upgrades

    and quarterly patch impact assessments.
  • Experience in

    workflow configurations

    and

    approval hierarchies

    .
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM modules.
  • Working knowledge of

    Oracle OIC (Integration Cloud)

    or

    PAAS extensions

    .


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human Resources

    .
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification

    preferred.
