MPC Cloud Consulting are looking for experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across our organization. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Workforce Compensation. You will serve as a strategic advisor and technical leader for Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and integrations. Define end-to-end solutions for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk (minimum expertise in 3 or more of the critical modules required). Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and implementation teams to gather requirements and develop solution blueprints. Provide guidance on HCM Cloud tools including HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, Application Security, and Workflow configurations. Drive best practices in architecture design, data conversion, reporting, security, and extensibility within Oracle Fusion HCM. Oversee and support integrations with legacy systems or third-party applications. Review and guide the technical team on the implementation of Fast Formulas for Absence, Payroll, and Compensation. Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities and roadmap planning. Participate in client presentations, solution demos, and technical documentation. Well versed with Data Migration Strategy Required: Experience in Oracle applications, with at least 12+ years focused on Oracle HCM Cloud . Must have led at least 5+ implementation project Should have experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions using Redwood and AI-driven features for clients. Strong functional knowledge of modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Time and Labor. Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts. Proven experience designing large-scale Oracle HCM implementations and integrations. Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and project teams.
