Job Title: Oracle HCM Integration Specialist Location: Remote Job Description: As an Oracle HCM Integration Specialist , you will be responsible for managing and executing integration activities within Oracle HCM Cloud. Your role will involve working on data conversions, BI reports, HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, dashboards, and OTBI to ensure seamless data flow and system performance. Key Responsibilities: Perform data conversions and migrations within Oracle HCM Cloud. Develop and generate BI Publisher (BIP) reports to meet business requirements. Utilize HCM Extracts for data integration and transformation. Create and optimize Fast Formulas for HR, payroll, and benefits processes. Build and enhance custom dashboards and OTBI reports for HR analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Align with US time zones and provide support as needed. Required Skills & Experience: Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Data Conversions . Proficiency in BI Reports, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and OTBI . Prior experience in Oracle HCM implementations or support projects .
