Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
  
• Participate in configuration, enhancements, and testing of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.
  
• Handle end-of-year payroll processes efficiently.
  
• Act as a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and provide guidance on best practices.
• Conduct impact analysis, testing, and documentation for patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  
• Collaborate with clients to analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Gather requirements for enhancements, create functional design documents, and develop test plans and scripts.
  
• Mentor junior associates and foster knowledge sharing.
  
• Liaise with Oracle and third-party vendors for product or integration-related issues.
  
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and adhere to project management methodologies and ticket management processes.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Functional or Techno-Functional experience

  in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and

  Fast Formulas

  .
• Experience troubleshooting payroll-related issues and decoding functional designs to implement solutions.
  
• Proven ability to create and update functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
  
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud releases, patches, and UK payroll legislation is highly desirable.
  
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on implementation experience in UK Payroll projects.
  
• Exposure to multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules and upgrades.
