Job Title: Oracle HCM Core Support Specialist Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Core Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, and Security, ensuring smooth system operations and troubleshooting issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and related modules. Troubleshoot system issues, resolve configuration errors, and ensure data integrity. Assist with Oracle HCM integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and APIs. Manage security roles, user access, and role-based access controls (RBAC) in Oracle HCM. Support and optimize business processes, workflows, and Fast Formulas. Work with HR, IT, and business teams to enhance system functionality and performance. Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates, releases, and patches, implementing improvements as needed. Provide end-user training, documentation, and troubleshooting support. Must-Have Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR support or administration. Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Workforce Management modules. Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and SQL queries. Knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations (APIs, REST, SOAP, Web Services). Experience managing security roles, user provisioning, and RBAC. Ability to configure business processes, workflows, and Fast Formulas. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with HR and IT teams. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have): Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred but not required). Experience with Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, or Recruiting modules. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and data security best practices.
