Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, particularly across Payroll, Compensation, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, and OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) modules. Key Responsibilities: Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation : Lead or support end-to-end implementation processes, ensuring the successful delivery of projects by configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Technical Expertise : Utilize technical skills to develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL) processes, and HCM Extracts for various Oracle HCM modules, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integrations. Solution Design and Development : Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Design solutions to optimize business processes within Oracle HCM Cloud. Customizations and Enhancements : Develop and test customized Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on Payroll, Compensation, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, and OTL, leveraging HDL, Fast Formula, and HCM Extract. Data Integration : Ensure accurate and efficient data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL) for smooth transitions from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud. Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and improve system performance, troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise in production environments. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and IT, to understand business needs and deliver appropriate technical solutions. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Reporting and Analytics : Design and implement robust reporting solutions using HCM Extracts to deliver real-time insights and analytics to stakeholders. Key Skills and Qualifications : Experience : 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with at least 2-3 full implementations. Technical Expertise : Fast Formula: Strong experience in developing and customizing Fast Formulas for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules. HDL (HCM Data Loader): Proficiency in managing bulk data loading processes and data migration using HDL. HCM Extracts : Experience in building and managing HCM Extracts for reporting and data integration purposes. Module Expertise : Payroll : In-depth knowledge of payroll setup, configuration, and processing. Compensation : Experience in configuring compensation plans, rules, and workflows. Core HR : Expertise in the foundational elements of Oracle Core HR, including data structures and workflows. Absence : Strong knowledge of Oracle Absence Management, including leave accruals and absence plans. Benefits: Familiarity with benefits administration, setup, and integration in Oracle HCM Cloud. OTL (Oracle Time and Labor): Experience in configuring timecards, rules, and approvals. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues and deliver efficient solutions. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
