Role Overview: As an Oracle Tech Support Team Member specializing in Oracle Fusion Financials and E-Business Suite (EBS) R12, your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day operational support for these applications. You will be tasked with troubleshooting issues, implementing system enhancements, assisting end-users, and ensuring the smooth functioning of financial and associated applications. Key Responsibilities: - Support Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to address any operational issues. - Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle modules such as P2P, O2C, and GL. - Utilize knowledge of ITIL framework and processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Service Request management. - Experience with ticketing systems in various ITSM tools. - Proficient in Oracle database queries (SQL) for troubleshooting and scripting. - Communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams. - Apply analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. - Willingness to work in UK shifts (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM / 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM).
