About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Procurement and Inventory modules and working knowledge of related SCM modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as primarily Procurement and Inventory

    and working knowledge of related SCM modules.
  • Assist in solution design, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and related SCM modules to meet client needs.
  • Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.
  • Develop test scripts and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Work with technical teams to support data migration, integration, and reports development.
  • Ensure smooth cutover and post-go-live support.
  • Prepare functional design documents, user manuals, and configuration documentation.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes using Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Stay updated with Oracle’s quarterly updates and advise on new features.

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.
  • 2–3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM (must-have).
  • Hands-on configuration experience in Procurement and Inventory modules.
  • Familiarity with integration points between SCM and Finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain & Procurement.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
