*Job Descriptions (JD)* * Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant* *Experience:* 7-12 Years *Location:* Hybrid (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Noida) *Shift:* 2nd Shift (2-11 PM) *Job Description:* We are looking for an experienced *Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant* to implement and support Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll processing and compliance. *Key Responsibilities:* Implement and configure *Oracle Fusion Payroll* for clients Perform *Payroll Setup, Processing, and Troubleshooting* Configure *payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing* Integrate Oracle Payroll with *HCM, Financials, and third-party systems* Ensure compliance with *statutory payroll regulations* Support *year-end processing, payroll audits, and tax filing* Collaborate with HR & IT teams to improve payroll workflows *Required Skills:* Strong expertise in *Oracle Fusion Payroll, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Integrations* Experience with *Payroll Flows, BIP Reports, HCM Extracts* Knowledge of *US Payroll, UK Payroll, and APAC Payroll (preferred)* Experience in *Payroll Testing and Parallel Runs* Good understanding of *OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Benefits Integration* Interested Candidates Apply Now !
