We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant skilled in Fast Formula and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

You’ll design, build, and support Oracle HCM solutions across modules like Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Learning, Time & Labor, Talent, and ORC.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Develop & configure Fast Formulas

🔹 Build and manage integrations using OIC

🔹 Provide functional & technical HCM support

🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

What You Bring:

✅ Strong Oracle Fusion HCM expertise

✅ Hands-on Fast Formula & OIC experience

✅ Exposure to Oracle EBS & Fusion environments

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
