: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional : Hyderabad-India : 7+Years : Bachelors degree :• Oracle Fusion HCM• Strong experience in OTIB Reports • HCM Modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management) : • Immediate joiners preferred• Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional with 6 - 8 years of experience• Hands-on experience in min 3 modules – Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, PMS, Recruitment etc• Configure and manage key HCM modules and integrations• Design and build custom OTBI reports and roles• Oracle EBS background is a plus• Good customer facing, communication, documentation, and presentation skills• Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis• Ability to lead a team, architect and work independently If you have the required expertise and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply now or refer someone who could be a great fit!
