Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Consultant Core Modules

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement Core HR, Absence, Payroll modules.
Create and test Fast Formulas and manage data uploads using HDL/HSDL.
Support clients during CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live.
Prepare functional documentation, conduct trainings, and support production rollout.
Provide support and maintenance for post-go-live environments.

Required Skills:

7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with 2+ full-cycle implementations.
Must have
Core HR, Absence,
Payroll and Fast Formulas.
Good understanding of payroll compliance and statutory requirements in the Middle East.
Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and basic integration knowledge.
