We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in advanced HCM modules.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, hands-on configuration expertise, and proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM advanced modules including Core HR, Goals & Performance Management, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and map them to Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
Configure HCM modules to meet business requirements and perform system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance).
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, and report development.
Stay updated with Oracle quarterly release updates and assess their impact on existing configurations.
Ensure compliance with company standards and data security policies.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
At least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Strong expertise in one or more advanced modules such as :

i. Core HR
ii. Goals & Performance Managementiii. Learningiv. Recruitmentv. Compensationvi. Benefits

Solid understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Oracle Fusion HCM certification(s) preferred.

Experience Required :

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Implementation Experience :

At least 2 end-to-end (full-cycle) Oracle Fusion HCM implementations

Location :

Offshore (willing to travel to onsite whenever required)
