Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in US Payroll & benefits, Workforce Compensation, Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management. The role involves implementation, configuration, compliance, integrations, and support for payroll and benefits processes. Experience: 10 to 18 Years Required Skills & Knowledge: Expertise in Oracle Fusion US Payroll & Benefits, Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Compensation, Core HR, Absence & Talent Management. Strong knowledge of US Payroll Laws, Taxation & Compliance, payroll integrations, HR data models, and compliance regulations Hands-on experience with Payroll Fast Formulas, Benefits Eligibility & Enrolment. Proficiency in HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher Reporting. Experience with Payroll & Benefits Integrations (ADP, Banks, Vendors). Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas. Hands-on experience with approvals, workflows, security roles, and reporting. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Certification in HCM modules Experience with HCM Extracts & Fast Formula Strong knowledge of HR best practices & industry trends Shift Timing: CST (5 PM to 2.30AM IST) Work location: Chennai
