About the Opportunity

Oracle Fusion Financials Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, structured training on

  Oracle Fusion Financials

  modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Procurement, etc.).
• Develop and deliver

  interactive, scenario-based sessions

  for trainee trainers.
• Guide participants through

  real-time use cases, configurations, and system demonstrations

  .
• Evaluate and mentor participants to ensure knowledge transfer effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the Certed Technologies team for scheduling and content alignment.
• Maintain high engagement and ensure quality delivery standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience as an

  Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant or Trainer

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

  modules and configurations.
• Expertise in

  end-to-end business process flow, reporting, and implementation cycles

  .
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Oracle Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Eligibility

• Minimum

  5+ years of relevant industry experience

  .
• Prior corporate or academic training exposure preferred.
• Must be available for

  on-site delivery in Lucknow

  for 2–3 months.
