Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Consultant with expertise in the Expense Management Module to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses. This role involves working closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless expense management, policy compliance, and system integration. Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Expense Management to meet business and compliance requirements Define and optimize expense policies, workflows, approval processes, and corporate card integrations. Work with finance and compliance teams to ensure alignment with company expense policies and tax regulations. Collaborate with third-party vendors, corporate card providers, and financial institutions for seamless system integration. System Configuration & Support Maintain and optimize expense categories, reimbursement rules, audit rules, per diem policies, and currency settings. Provide expertise in Oracle Payables integration to ensure accurate expense reimbursement and accounting. Assist with role-based security configurations and user access management. Troubleshoot system issues, implement fixes, and support end users. Integration & Data Management Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Oracle Expenses with corporate credit card systems, payroll, and external financial platforms. Ensure accurate data mapping, reporting, and reconciliation between Expense Management and financial ledgers. Support API-based integrations with banks, travel booking systems, and compliance tools. Testing & Quality Assurance Develop and execute test cases for UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring business users validate configurations before deployment. Work with SRE team to monitor system performance, data integrity, and expense processing accuracy. Training & User Adoption Train finance teams, expense submitters, and approvers on Oracle Expense functionalities and best practices. Create user guides, SOPs, and training materials to improve adoption. Continuous Improvement & Compliance Stay updated on Oracle quarterly releases to evaluate new features and enhancements. Work with compliance teams to enforce expense fraud prevention and audit controls. Recommend process automation and enhancements to improve efficiency. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. wit h 8-10 Years of experincewith Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, specifically Expense Management. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Certification (Expense Management Module) preferred. Experience in financial operations, accounts payable, travel & expense (T&E) management, or ERP consulting. Proven track record of leading Oracle Cloud Expense implementations or enhancements. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Certification (Expense Management Module) preferred. Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Expenses, including policy setup, workflow approvals, and audit rules. Strong understanding of Oracle Payables, General Ledger (GL), and Corporate Card Integrations. Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics for reporting. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs for integrations. Security & Compliance Awareness of global security standards such as SOX, GDPR, and Indias PDPB. Experience working in a secure, compliant environment following company security protocols.
