Role Overview: You are sought after to join as an Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking SME/Expert/Architect/Consultant with over 10 years of experience in both technology stacks. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and architecture of Oracle FLEXCUBE and its modules in Mumbai/Hyderabad within a 15-day notice period. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance and strategic oversight on the configuration, customization, and architecture of FLEXCUBE modules to align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term technology strategy. - Assess the current-state architecture, identify gaps, and define the future-state architecture for optimizing processes, integrations, and system performance. - Lead the design and management of integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware while ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability. - Oversee version upgrades, patches, and module migrations in collaboration with DBAs, infrastructure, and cloud teams to define robust environments, deployment strategies, and security standards. - Assist in data migration, mapping legacy data to FLEXCUBE structures, supporting project planning, coordination, and technical delivery reporting, managing testing infrastructure, and implementing automation and optimized workflows for operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements are met, lead post-go-live support, incident management, root cause analysis, and implement automation, batch processing, and advanced reporting workflows for enhanced operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields. - 10-15 years of experience in financial services, with 7-10 years specifically with Oracle FLEXCUBE. - Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, SQL, middleware, APIs, web services, job scheduling, system integration, performance tuning, automation, and workflow optimization. - Proven experience in end-to-end core banking architecture design and optimization, ability to drive technology strategy. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, skilled in analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management. - Preferred certifications in Oracle FLEXCUBE modules, exposure to cloud deployment (AWS, Azure) or DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, experience with digital banking channels, fintech integrations, and knowledge of global banking regulations (AML, KYC, Basel, IFRS).,
