Title: Oracle EPM (EPBCS/FCCS/ARCS) Consultant Location: Noida Experience: 8 years Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Job Type: Full Time and Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant with expertise in EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle EPM solutions for financial planning, consolidation, and reconciliation. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize performance and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS). Develop financial planning models, reports, and dashboards. Work closely with finance teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize financial close, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes. Integrate Oracle EPM with other enterprise applications (ERP, HCM, BI tools). Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation. Develop automation scripts for data load, transformation, and reporting. Provide end-user training and support for Oracle EPM applications. Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting to enhance system efficiency. Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS). Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes. Experience with Oracle Smart View, Financial Reports, and Data Management. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, SQL, and MDX. Understanding of integration tools like FDMEE, Data Management, and REST APIs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EPM applications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in multi-cloud integrations (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure). Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion Financials. Familiarity with security and access control in Oracle EPM Cloud. Certification in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions is a plus.
