Oracle EPM- EPBCS Consultant

Role Overview: As an Oracle EPM Consultant, you will be part of a global company's team, working as an EPM developer and analyst. Your role involves supporting global EPM customers, streamlining support, identifying opportunities for system and process improvements, and automating processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing EPM support, maintenance, and enhancements with EPM Cloud Applications (EPBCS, EDM) - Develop and maintain business requirements, design, and technical documentation for Oracle EPM solutions - Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and optimization - Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues related to Oracle EPM solutions - Research and resolve reconciliation results of data integrations to ensure data integrity - Collaborate across functional and technical teams Qualifications Required: - Master's/bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - 7+ years of experience in development and support with two or more Oracle EPM Cloud Applications (ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS, TRCS, PCM, EDM, Narrative reporting) - Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) - Understanding of business processes including account reconciliation, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and close process - Experience in gathering business requirements and creating requirements documents - Proficiency in developing technical/functional documentation - Experience in process streamlining and automation - Desired experience in Groovy scripting and EDM - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge of Smart View, designing templates, and ad-hoc reports - Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Additional Company Details: - Location: Chennai - Shift: Hybrid, 1 PM IST to 10 PM IST (Note: The JD does not provide additional details about the company.),
