Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS). Develop financial planning models, reports, and dashboards. Work closely with finance teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize financial close, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes. Integrate Oracle EPM with other enterprise applications (ERP, HCM, BI tools). Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation. Develop automation scripts for data load, transformation, and reporting. Provide end-user training and support for Oracle EPM applications. Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting to enhance system efficiency. Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS). Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes. Experience with Oracle Smart View, Financial Reports, and Data Management. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, SQL, and MDX. Understanding of integration tools like FDMEE, Data Management, and REST APIs. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EPM applications. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
