Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM Consultant

As an Infoscion, your primary role is to understand customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: - Developing proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design - Planning configuration activities, configuring the product, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements and solution design - Conducting solution demonstrations, POC workshops, and preparing effort estimates aligning with customer budgetary requirements - Leading small projects and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality solutions Technical Requirements: - Knowledge of DFF Fusion Fast Formula - Awareness of Oracle Fusion HCM Co-Existence and working on the same - Experience in BI OTBI Reports - Experience in Development, Configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment In addition to the key responsibilities, you are expected to: - Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data - Stay aware of the latest technologies and trends - Utilize logical thinking and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively - Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Possess one or two industry domain knowledge Preferred Skills: - Technology->Oracle Cloud->HCM Cloud Technical,
