Job Description

Job Title: Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant (OM & Advanced Pricing SME – Architect Level)

Employment Type: Very Urgent Contract Opening

Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise

1. Deep Expertise in Oracle Order Management (OM) APIs

Hands-on experience working with OM APIs.
Ability to manage integrations, troubleshoot order-flow issues, and ensure seamless cross-system communication.
Crucial for maintaining operational continuity and minimizing order delays.

2. Parts Optimization & Fulfillment Logic

Strong understanding of parts availability, ATP logic, and fulfillment strategies.
Capable of optimizing inventory usage and reducing order cycle time.
Direct impact on customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.

3. OAF Extensions & Customizations

Ability to work on Oracle Application Framework (OAF) extensions, personalization, and enhancements.
Supports continuous improvement of the OM platform without heavy dependency on external development teams.

4. Air & Water Project Delivery Experience

Experience delivering OM-related business initiatives (Air & Water or similar).
Strong project execution skills with cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

5. End-to-End OM Process Expertise

In-depth understanding of all OM process areas including order capture, pricing, shipping, invoicing, returns, and workflows.
Strong process improvement mindset to identify gaps and streamline operations for better throughput and accuracy.

6. AI-Driven Automation Exposure

Experience or exposure to AI/ML-based automation in OM/SCM.
Ability to identify automation opportunities such as:

Intelligent order routing
Exception handling
Predictive analytics

Helps reduce manual workloads and enhances decision-making.
