Oracle EBS PTM/SCM Consultant

Seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant specializing in PTM/SCM with deep hands-on experience across Shipping, Inventory, Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and Cost Management. The role focuses on end-to-end functional ownership including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support within Oracle EBS R12. You will translate business processes in manufacturing and supply chain into EBS configurations and best practices. Collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional modules is essential to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Experience with Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant
• 5+ years hands-on functional experience with Shipping, Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Cost Management modules in Oracle EBS (R12 preferred)
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and module configuration
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes (PTM/SCM) mapped to Oracle EBS
• Experience executing CRP/SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and go-live/post-production support
• Ability to create and maintain functional documentation (e.g., BRD/MD50/BR100)
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning) exposure or experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Oracle EBS PTM/SCM processes
• Configure and support Shipping, Inventory, BOM, WIP, and Cost Management modules per business requirements
• Prepare and maintain functional documents, configurations, test scripts, and training materials
• Drive CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles; manage defects and ensure traceability to requirements
• Support data validation, cutover readiness, go-live, and hypercare for assigned modules
• Collaborate with technical teams for RICEW objects and integrations impacting SCM/manufacturing
• Provide day-to-day production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous process improvements
• Coordinate cross-module touchpoints and best practices; leverage ASCP where applicable (preferred)
