Job Description

Job Title: Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Planning Functional Consultant

Experience:

Oracle EBS Manufacturing & Planning Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Planning modules.
Conduct requirements gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and documentation.
Configure BOM, WIP, Routing, Costing, Quality, and Planning modules (MRP, MPS, ASCP).
Support production issues, enhancements, and process improvements.
Work with technical teams on RICE components and data migration.
Prepare functional documentation (BR100, MD050, TE040, CV040, etc.).
Perform CRP, SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
Train end-users and provide post-go-live support.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

10-12 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant in
Manufacturing and Planning
domains.
Strong expertise in Oracle
BOM, WIP, Routing, Costing, Quality, MRP, MPS, ASCP
modules.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in Manufacturing and Planning.
Good understanding of Oracle EBS integration with SCM and Finance modules.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
Strong understanding of business processes in Manufacturing, Planning, and Cost Management.
Experience in R12.1.x and/or R12.2.x environments.
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Oracle MES or Oracle Cloud Manufacturing is an advantage.
Knowledge of India Localization, GST, and Global Supply Chain processes.
Familiarity with OUM/AIM methodologies.
