Excellent understanding of full project life cycle and Oracle Implementation methodologies Experience installing and maintenance of Oracle DB's Excellent client management and communication (written and oral) skills Installation of oracle grid infrastructure and database software,Upgrade of databases and applications Strong RDBMS concepts, Core DBA skills, Performance tuning, Oracle Application DBA skills including system administration, patch application, backup, restore, Disaster Recovery ,Support the DR Drills and Switch Back as per schedule Storage migrations in RAC setup with ASM Good Knowledge of Oracle Grid & RAC, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Scripting Strong team players who value the success of the team as highly as their own personal success. Creating POA for the complex activities. Proactive monitoring and Maintenance of production database system. Creation of Physical standby database for production databases. Resolve backup related issues,Should know the DB Security Aspects (ASO) ,Perform Database storage migrations (i.e. Non ASM to ASM). Experience on DBA utilities/tools including RMAN, Netbackup, Oracle OEM, ASM, Partitioning, Materialized views Good understanding of Database Architecture, Operating Systems, Client/ Server Architecture, Middleware and Hardware (Servers, SAN, Network).
