Oracle DBA

As an Oracle DBA at our client's company, you will be responsible for supporting multiple mission-critical production databases for Dassault Systemes online service BIOVIA Science Cloud. Your role will involve deploying new changes, maintaining existing databases, and providing innovative solutions to solve problems. This position requires 24x7 on-call support, occasional weekend work, and flexibility to work in early morning or late-night shifts, based in India. Your strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and experience with production databases in AWS and Oracle RAC will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain existing databases and deploy changes to existing databases while provisioning new services. - Perform performance tuning, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery with strict RTO and RPO. - Maintain and monitor Oracle RAC, Dataguard, TDE, and PDB. **Qualifications/Experience:** - Good understanding of Oracle database. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Preferably 10 years of Oracle production support DBA experience. - Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies based on project requirements. - Proficiency in Oracle backup, recovery, transportable tablespace, RAC, data guard, and performance tuning. - Experience in working in an ISO certified environment is a plus.
