About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle CX Developer to join our global IT team. This role is central to our Parks & Zones technology solutions, focusing on building, customizing, and supporting Oracle CX and related applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert responsible for developing high-quality solutions, ensuring smooth integrations, and providing day-to-day technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization:

• Develop and customize

  Oracle CX (Sales, Service, Registration, Leasing)

  using Application Composer.
• Write Groovy scripts, configure workflows, and implement field updates to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion CRM Analytics.
• Support integration development using SOAP/REST APIs, ICS (Integration Cloud Service), and VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).

Testing & Deployment:

• Conduct thorough unit testing and prepare test documentation.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and subsequent bug fixing.
• Deploy approved changes across environments following established IT governance and DevOps CI/CD practices.

Support & Maintenance:

• Provide timely technical support for incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs within Oracle CX applications.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior developers or vendors as needed.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with System Analysts and functional consultants to clarify and refine requirements.
• Collaborate with senior developers on code reviews and adhere to best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation for all developments.
• Contribute to the team's knowledge base and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development (SDLC).
• Proven experience in developing and customizing

  Oracle CX

  applications.
• Strong programming skills in

  Groovy

  and

  Java

  .
• Practical experience with

  VBCS, ICS, SOAP/REST APIs

  .
• Proficiency in

  Oracle Business Intelligence (OTBI, BI Publisher)

  .
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Desirable:

• Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant advanced certification.
• Experience in the

  Free Zone

  domain.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion/eBiz suite.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and DevOps practices.
