Oracle CRM developer

As an Oracle CRM Developer, your role will involve implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Service (CS) modules, particularly Oracle Teleservice and Oracle Install Base within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to optimize service operations and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Oracle Teleservice and Oracle Install Base modules in the Oracle EBS suite. - Analyze business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions. - Design and develop enhancements and customizations using Oracle tools such as Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and APIs. - Provide end-to-end support including incident resolution, service request handling, and user training. - Configure and maintain Service Requests (SRs), Task Management, Service Contracts, and Service Logistics. - Manage Install Base items, item instances, transactions, and associations. - Integrate Oracle Service with other modules like Inventory, Contracts, and Field Service. - Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, DBAs, and end-users. - Document system configurations, business processes, and user guides. - Monitor and resolve data integrity issues within Install Base and Service modules. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 focusing on Oracle Service (CS) modules. - Profound knowledge of Oracle Teleservice, Install Base, and associated modules (Service Contracts, Field Service, etc.). - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and database structure. - Proficiency in Oracle tools like SQL, PL/SQL, Workflow Builder, Forms, and Reports. - Ability to create and utilize APIs related to Service and Install Base modules. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle EBS R12 certification in Oracle Service modules. - Familiarity with integrations involving Oracle CRM, Logistics, and Inventory modules.,
