Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Project Delivery
Lead and manage the Oracle CPQ Managed Services team across functional and technical areas.
Ensure timely issue resolution, CR (Change Request) implementation, and SLA adherence.
Conduct regular service review meetings with client stakeholders.
Drive automation and performance improvements in managed services delivery.
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.

Technical & Functional Expertise

Own the configuration, development, and administration of Oracle CPQ (BigMachines).
Lead enhancements such as product configuration rules (BML), pricing logic, workflows, and commerce processes.
Integrate Oracle CPQ with upstream (CRM, SFA) and downstream (ERP, SCM, Subscription Management) systems.
Perform release management, testing, and deployment coordination.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for CPQ-related support and enhancements.
Understand client business needs and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
Provide consulting and guidance on new CPQ features, upgrades, and roadmap alignment.
Team Management & Governance
Mentor and guide CPQ consultants, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.
Maintain detailed documentation (solution design, configuration logs, support playbooks).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, OIC, SCM, FIN, Pricing) for integrated solutions
