Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant - OIC

Role Overview: You will be working as a Managed Services Associate - Oracle Cloud Technical Associate, contributing to the delivery of managed services for Oracle Cloud clients. Your role involves addressing client concerns and ensuring exceptional service quality by leveraging your solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical aspects and strong problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests related to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Customization of Oracle SaaS applications and expertise in REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Proficient in utilizing FBDI, REST API, and SOAP Web Services for Oracle Cloud ERP - Designing and troubleshooting integrations using OIC and Oracle Autonomous Database - Expertise in building extensions (PaaS for SaaS) and bulk integrations - Experience in Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and OAC - Ability to design complex reports and dashboards - Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL processes - Additional skills in developing SaaS extensions using Visual Builder (VBCS) for Redwood pages and proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL - Understanding of OCI security features and practices, OCI architecture, and application deployment best practices - Skills in managing OCI services (compute, storage, networking, databases) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Technical services or similar roles - Good Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM modules with at least one certification (level 2 support) - Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage time effectively - Customer-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality service - Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
