Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Chennai Experience: 8 to 12 Years (Relevant Experience) Key Skills Required Primary: Oracle Cloud HCM – Global HR, Oracle HCM Configuration, Fusion Core Module, Alert Composer, BIP Workflows Nice to Have: VBS, Redwood, ORC, Talent, Learn, Compensation Modules Job Overview We are looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants with strong hands-on experience in Global HR module implementation and configuration. The role demands prior involvement in multi-region setups and quarterly patch impact analysis. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement Oracle HCM Fusion Core Module Conduct impact analysis and validation for HCM fusion quarterly patches Manage multi-region HCM configurations and administration Design email notifications using Alert Composer, BIP, and approval workflows Develop solutions using Document of Record Customize DFFs, EFFs, reports, concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups Lead CRP (Conference Room Pilot), fit-gap analysis, and CR sessions Manage issue resolution through Oracle SR process Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies Preferred Experience Experience with VBS, Redwood migration, and Oracle ORC/Talent/Learn/Compensation modules Hands-on experience with provisioning, access management, and security issue resolution in Oracle HCM Apply Now if you are looking to contribute to a global Oracle Cloud HCM implementation project with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions Show more Show less
