Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) and prior Oracle EBS experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading finance module implementations, providing functional expertise, and managing end-to-end finance processes in a global enterprise environment.

Educational Qualification:

Preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) or B.Com (Finance background)

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of overall experience
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance)
• Prior experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is a must
• Preference for candidates located in Pune or those willing to relocate to Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Must have hands-on implementation experience (preferably onsite or at customer site) in the following Oracle Fusion Finance modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payables (AP)
• Accounts Receivables (AR)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Fixed Assets (FA)

Good-to-Have Modules:

• Property Management
• Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
• Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
• Procurement or related modules

Other Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of Encumbrance Accounting
• Experience integrating with other modules like Procurement and HR
• Excellent communication, client interaction, and troubleshooting skills
• Deep finance domain knowledge and analytical abilities
• Expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, and CAS/OUM methodology
