Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Developer with 5+ years of expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuring, customizing, and extending Oracle BRM solutions, with a deep understanding of billing systems, integrations, and data management in a high-volume, large-scale environment. You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of BRM applications, ensuring they meet both business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oracle BRM Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle BRM solutions including billing configurations, rate plans, discounts, products, and services. Customization & Extension: Customize and extend BRM functionalities to meet client-specific requirements, including creating and modifying custom business logic. Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations between BRM and other systems such as CRM, ERP, and payment gateways using various integration technologies (SOAP, REST, etc.). Performance Tuning & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize BRM processes, and improve scalability. Troubleshooting & Debugging: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the BRM system, ensuring minimal disruption to service. System Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the BRM application, including patches, upgrades, and fixes. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to understand requirements and deliver the best solution. Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain clear technical documentation, including design documents, release notes, and user guides. Promote coding standards and best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong experience with Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) , including configuration and development. Proficiency in BRM Pipeline , Java , OC4J , SQL , and PL/SQL . Experience with BRM Data Model , Rating and Charging , Event Management , and Account Hierarchy . Knowledge of Oracle Financials , Oracle EBS , and integration with third-party applications. Familiarity with BRM APIs , BRM Provisioning , and BRM Elastic Charging Engine . Experience with Oracle BRM Deployment in various environments (test, staging, production). Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle BRM development and implementation . Solid understanding of Telecom Billing , Subscription Models , and Revenue Management . Experience in Cloud Platforms and familiarity with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
