Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining analytics solutions on Oracle Analytics Cloud, with a strong understanding of business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting requirements. Experience in the financial domain is an added advantage. Role & responsibilities: OAC Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Oracle Analytics Cloud. Configure and implement data models, calculations and aggregations to meet business needs. Data Integration: Work with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources into OAC. Collaborate with database administrators and data engineers to ensure data availability and accuracy. Customization & Optimization: Customize OAC features and functionalities to align with organizational goals. Optimize queries, reports, and dashboards for performance. Domain Expertise: Leverage financial domain knowledge to develop industry-relevant insights and solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial data requirements and deliver actionable intelligence. User Support & Training: Provide support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and offering solutions. Conduct training sessions to empower users with OAC tools and features. Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configurations and reports. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in analytics and data visualization. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar BI tools. Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations in OAC. Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational database systems. Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating data sources. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus. Experience with other BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data processing. Certification in Oracle Analytics Cloud or related technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience or understanding of financial analytics, reporting, or systems is an added advantage.
