Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Technology. Masters or Analytics degrees a plus
• 8+ years overall experience with Adobe Target (aka Test & Target), Optimizely or Monetate with at least 1–2 years as a developer developing custom codes, JavaScript and tag elements
• 2+ years experience designing, running and reporting on multivariate and A/B tests
• 2+ years of experience using Adobe Target or Optimizely (aka Test & Target) for delivering dynamic and personalized site experiences
• Adobe Target or Optimizely certification is a huge plus
• Legal subscription/SaaS platform experience is a plus
