Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Vadodara. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to potential clients, and managing communications to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include building relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining accurate records of sales activities will be an integral part of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and manage prospects effectively Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and build relationships with clients Strong Sales and Business Development abilities to drive opportunities and achieve revenue goals Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets Prior experience in a sales or business development role is an advantage
