This role will be instrumental in accurately measuring the impact of each marketing channel and touchpoint on user conversions and business outcomes. You will work closely with marketing, growth, and data engineering teams to develop attribution frameworks, enable budget optimisation, and enhance ROI measurement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement algorithmic attribution models to quantify the impact of various marketing touchpoints. Apply statistical, probabilistic, and machine learning methods to build MTA models that incorporate online and offline signals. Work with large-scale marketing datasets including impressions, clicks, conversions, and engagement metrics. Partner with marketing teams to improve channel efficiency and campaign planning based on attribution insights. Conduct model validations using holdout experiments and out-of-sample testing to ensure reliability. Automate model scoring and reporting pipelines to provide real-time attribution visibility. Create intuitive dashboards and documentation to communicate findings and influence strategic decisions. Must-Have Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or attribution modelling. Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and relevant data science libraries. In-depth knowledge of MTA techniques such as logistic regression, Shapley values, Markov chains, or time decay. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journey analytics. About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Modeler with deep expertise in Cloud Data Platforms, SQL, Dimensional Modeling, and Performance Tuning to join our growing Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) domain and a proven track record of designing scalable, business-aligned data models that drive actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Trade, Supply Chain,Marketing, and Finance—to translate business requirements into robust data architectures. This role demands both strong technical expertise and the ability to engage with business stakeholders to ensure data solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain dimensional, relational, and semantic data models that support analytical and operational use cases. Ensure models are scalable, flexible, and optimized for performance across various workloads. Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and reporting needs, translating them into effective data models. Work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Analysts to ensure seamless data flow and model implementation. Conduct SQL performance tuning and query optimization for large-scale datasets. Solid understanding of Dimensional Modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions, fact/dimension tables). Experience working with large datasets in a distributed/cloud environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
