Mandatory Skill -> WDM, OpenROADM, Transponder testing Additional Skill -> Selenium, Python Scripting, Robo Framework, Experience - 5-16 Yrs Location- Chennai Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of optical test engineers and technicians to perform optical testing on various components and systems. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for optical components, fiber optic systems, and related technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to optical equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings with senior management or clients. Work closely with design and development teams to ensure that optical systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of test equipment and instruments.
