Optical Sales Assistant

Job Role and Responsibility:-

• Welcome and greet customers politely.
• Understand customer needs and help them choose the right frames and lenses.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Work closely with the Optometrist for prescription understanding and eyewear selection.
• Enter order details accurately and handle billing properly.
• Ensure proper fitting and adjustment of spectacles during delivery.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display.
• Provide after-sales support like adjustments, repairs, and replacements if required.
• Follow up with customers for pending orders and delivery updates.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets and maintain records.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude.
• Keep knowledge updated about lenses, coatings, brands, and new arrivals.

• Job timings- 10.30am to 8.45pm
• Any week off worked in double paid.
