Electronics & Communication Engineering
or any related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum
10 years
of experience in
supervision or quality control
of
Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) network operations, laying, or maintenance
.
Location: Nashik

Skills:

Strong technical understanding of OFC systems and network architecture.
Experience in OTDR testing, splicing, and fault analysis.
Good coordination and project management skills.
Knowledge of government or large-scale infrastructure project environments is an advantage.
Supervise and monitor
OFC laying, splicing, testing, and commissioning
activities.
Ensure all works comply with
industry standards
,
safety norms
, and
project specifications
.
Conduct
quality checks
on materials and workmanship related to OFC installation and maintenance.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure network integrity during the installation and maintenance phases.
Prepare
technical reports
, documentation, and progress updates.
