Ops Support Analyst Financial Investigations

As an Ops Sup Analyst 1 at our company, your role involves providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and acting as a liaison between various departments and clients. Your objective is to ensure day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi's operations infrastructure and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform business analysis and document current and future state of Client Reports and Advices - Provide regular status updates for project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates - Collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on regulatory business requirements - Serve as primary liaison between key business stakeholders and technology - Recommend business priorities to stakeholders based on options, risks, costs, and delivery timelines - Facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, write User Acceptance Test scripts, and business scenarios - Manage project plans, follow-ups, and act as project manager across various departments - Work on multiple projects concurrently focusing on regulatory client deliverables - Uphold exceptional client experience standards with a focus on fulfilling client necessities - Assess risks when making business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations **Qualifications:** - Previous relevant experience preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - General knowledge of client reporting within the industry - Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries - Strong organization and time management skills - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education:** - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides an overview of the work performed.
