We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BTL (Below-the-Line) Activities Marketing Manager Regional Lead for our North-East & East Region, based at Guwahati Regional Office , to drive and execute regional marketing strategies and consumer activation campaigns for our fast-growing FMCG business. The candidate will lead BTL initiatives across the North-East & East region to increase brand visibility, product trials, and consumer engagement. Work Location: Guwahati, Assam Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of BTL activities such as in-store promotions, roadshows, sampling, trade activations, and influencer marketing . Work closely with sales teams to identify high-potential territories and support new product launches with impactful regional activations. Handle vendor management, event setups, budgeting, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns. Monitor performance and ROI of regional marketing activities and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and retailers for on-ground activations and visibility drives. Coordinate with brand and central marketing teams to ensure regional alignment with national campaigns and messaging. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and internal processes across all activities. Develop and lead a regional team (internal/external) to manage executions efficiently. Preferred candidate profile: Proven experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, and regional promotions in the FMCG sector preferred with minimum 8 Years of Experience. Strong stakeholder and team management skills Excellent planning, budgeting, and execution capabilities Ability to manage multiple campaigns across locations simultaneously Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
