Opportunity Manager

As a Proposal Coordinator for international customers and prospects, your role will involve supporting opportunities by tailoring standard content to provide insights and expertise, addressing customer talent challenges effectively. You will be responsible for discovering and owning specific parts of proposals, requiring expertise in authoring, researching, communicating, and completing them. Additionally, you will collaborate with a global and virtual team to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate opportunities for international customers independently, from project initiation to completion, including negotiations with customers or other team members for complex situations. - Manage project coordination for strategic projects in alignment with the Team Lead Enterprise Opportunities & Senior Enterprise Opportunity & Customer Team Manager. - Provide relevant answers and engaging content that address customer challenges and involve stakeholders effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a multinational commercial and virtual environment, with expertise in opportunity management and excellent written and spoken English. - Proficiency in using bid platforms to create tailored content. - Experience in commercial customer contract negotiations. - Strong project coordination skills with a track record of reliability and meeting deadlines. - Organizational skills, structured approach, hands-on attitude, and a growth mindset. - Ability to lead a production process from inception to completion. - Excellent relationship building and assertive communication skills.,
