Full-time | Rotational Shifts | Night Shifts

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process (US/UK/AU). As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle voice-based interactions to resolve queries, offer product/service support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers.
Resolve customer issues related to products, billing, orders, or services.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines.
Document all interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication (spoken and comprehension).
Neutral accent and clear pronunciation.
Active listening and empathy in customer interactions.
Typing speed: 30-40 WPM with accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work night shifts and weekends if needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Freshers or 6 months2 years in international voice process.
Flexible to work in rotational/night shifts (24x7 environment).
Immediate joiners preferred.
